Inverter power inverter It is an essential component of the solar energy system and it is a major factor within the system,
as it is responsible for converting the electrical current leaving the cells, DC current, into AC electricity that we use in our daily lives.
There are three types of inverter and it is chosen according to the system to be designed.
The first type is ON GRID:
The inverter is connected to the network and is in the system connected to the public network,
and they are linked by engineers specialized in installing the system and a team from the government electricity distribution company,
and its job is to convert the current coming out of the panels from DC to AC, connect this outside to the public network, and feed the connected loads by the system.
The second type is Off GRID :
And it is not previously isolated from the network, and a process of connecting the cells and batteries takes place in a DC,
and then it outputs an AC 220 volt electric current to feed the loads connected to the inverter.
It is widely used in homes and light loads
The third type is the pump :
It is used in solar irrigation plants to extract water from the ground using a submersible motor.
The inverter converts the current of DC cells to AC with a voltage of 3 phases to fill the loads and the operating hours are during the day only.
